Terms of Service

The rules for using tedred.com.

Effective date: 23 July 2026

1. Acceptance

By accessing tedred.com (the “Site”) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Who we are

TedRed is a global digital solutions company providing technology, design, media and marketing services (“Services”).

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or misuse any forms or APIs it exposes. Content you submit through forms must be accurate and must not infringe the rights of others.

4. Service engagements

Descriptions of Services on the Site are informational and do not constitute a binding offer. Client engagements are governed by the separate proposal, quotation or agreement signed for each project; where those documents conflict with these terms, the signed documents prevail.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos and code — are the property of TedRed or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or exploit Site content without prior written permission. Client work product ownership is defined in each engagement's agreement.

6. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. While we work to keep information accurate and the Site secure, we make no warranties that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TedRed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Liability in connection with client engagements is governed by the applicable signed agreement.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction of the TedRed entity you engage with. Client engagements specify their governing law and dispute-resolution terms in the signed agreement for each project.

11. Changes

We may revise these terms from time to time; continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. The effective date above reflects the latest revision.
